Police department in Nebraska didn’t share posts on social media urging people to adopt dogs.

They literally took dogs on rides around the town to give them more chance to be seen by people who may have the potential to adopt! La Vista Police department in Nebraska allowed shelter dogs to become K9 for a day and go around the town with an officer to have the opportunity to be adopted.

After one succeeded ride with Mickey – a bully breed – they took the decision to do this for more dogs, and to take dogs out regularly then.

It’s a whole new level of helping dogs!
